The International Conference on Innovation, Sustainability, and Applied Sciences (ICISAS 2025) stands as the flagship research conference organized by Curtin University Dubai. This prestigious multi-disciplinary conference is dedicated to advancing applied, specialized, and interdisciplinary fields. It offers a unique platform for participants to engage with leading researchers and professionals, exploring collective approaches to shaping the future through innovation, sustainability, and scientific excellence. Following the resounding success of our inaugural conference, ICISAS 2025 is poised to draw an even larger and more diverse group of experts from around the globe.

Over two days, attendees will experience a rich agenda that includes distinguished keynote sessions, plenary and special sessions, poster and oral presentations, symposiums, networking opportunities, and exhibitor showcases. Submission Guidelines for Research Paper Presentation ICISAS 2025

We are excited to invite submissions for research paper presentations at ICISAS 2025. Please adhere to the following guidelines for your submission.

Authors also have the option to submit a 250-350-word abstract. The abstract should contain key information and 3-5 keywords. It will be published as proceedings with an ISBN.

  • Plagiarism of any kind is strictly prohibited. Papers found to have plagiarized content will be rejected. Add AI declaration
  • All submissions will be peer-reviewed, and only accepted papers will be invited for presentation.
  • The paper should be submitted in PDF format.
  • Acceptance of the abstracts/full papers will be communicated to the authors via email.
  • Upon acceptance, authors must complete the registration process and make the necessary payment online by the deadline.
Ethical standards and guidelines of ICISAS 2025

Authors submitting their papers to the International Conference on Innovation, Sustainability, and Applied Sciences (ICISAS 2025), organized by Curtin University Dubai, must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Originality of Work

  • The submitted research article must be the original work of the authors.
  • The work should not be plagiarized, copied, or derived from any unauthorized source.
  • The article must not have been submitted for publication elsewhere.

2. Non-Usage of Generative AI in Writing

  • Generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, etc.) must not be used to write, revise, or rephrase any part of the research article.

3. Ethical Use of AI for Supporting Activities

  • AI tools may only be utilized for ethically permissible purposes, such as grammar correction, formatting, or reference management.
  • The core intellectual and analytical contributions of the research must originate from the authors and not from AI-generated content.

4. Accountability

  • Authors bear full responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the research article, including all ideas, analyses, data interpretations, and conclusions presented.

5. Compliance with Conference Guidelines

  • ICISAS 2025 reserves the right to disqualify or retract any submission that violates these guidelines.
  • Submissions found to include AI-generated content, in contravention of the stated terms, will be subject to disqualification.

6. Verification and Consent

  • Authors consent to the conference organizers conducting verification checks, including the use of AI-detection tools, to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
The authors can submit the paper under any one of the following applicable categories
  • If a research paper has multiple authors:
    • Presenting Authors: Each presenting author must register individually and pay the applicable registration fee.
    • Co-authors Attending as Listeners: Co-authors who wish to attend as listeners must register under the Listener category and pay the listener fee.
  • Listener Category: All other attendees, including those not presenting, must register under the Listener category and pay the applicable listener fee.
  • Student /  Research Scholars Category:  Students / Research scholars are encouraged to register under the Research Scholar category to avail of special discount. Proof of student  / research scholar status may be required.

ICISAS 2025 only accepts original papers that have not been published elsewhere.

[All submissions will be peer-reviewed prior to acceptance for an oral presentation]

  • Authors also have the option of submitting abstracts only. These abstracts will subsequently be published in the conference proceedings bearing an ISBN.
  • Selected full papers presented at the conference will be published in the Taylor & Francis Proceedings and submitted for Scopus indexing.

  • Selected full papers presented at the conference will be published in the Atlantis Proceedings (part of Springer).

          

  • Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit their expanded version of papers for publication in the International Journal of Sustainable Manufacturing. These papers will be fully reviewed, revised as needed, and then published as full-length research papers in a special issue of the journal dedicated to Circular Economy and Sustainable Manufacturing. https://www.inderscience.com/jhome.php?jcode=ijsm
